During your session, you will learn about the cocoa process, explore real ingredients, and create your own customized chocolate to package and take home.

Chocolate Mall Chocolate Experience Booking Policies
Thank you for choosing Chocolate Mall for your chocolate adventure. To ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable experience for all guests, please review our booking, payment, rescheduling, and cancellation guidelines below.
Booking Requirements
To guarantee your Chocolate Experience session:
• All experiences must be booked in advance.
• Bookings are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
• Standard bookings require a minimum of 3 days’ notice.
• Schools, corporate groups, tour groups, and large parties are encouraged to book at least 1 week in advance.
• All bookings are subject to availability.
Payment Information
A confirmed reservation requires payment completion.
Accepted payment methods include:
• Mobile Money
• Bank Transfer
• Card Payment
• Cash
Please note:
• Customized experiences, private events, and special arrangements require full payment before preparation begins.
• A booking is only considered confirmed after payment verification.
Rescheduling Guidelines
We understand plans may change. Guests may request a reschedule under the following conditions:
• One free rescheduling option is available when requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled experience.
• Rescheduled experiences must be used within 60 days from the original booking date.
• Requests made less than 48 hours before the experience may attract an administrative fee.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is based on the notice period:
More than 7 days before the experience
→ 80% refund of the amount paid.
3–7 days before the experience
→ 50% refund of the amount paid.
Less than 72 hours before the experience
→ No refund available.
Additional notes:
• Bookings within 72 hours may be transferred to another guest or rescheduled once, subject to availability.
• Guests who do not attend their scheduled experience without prior notice will not qualify for refunds or rescheduling.Â
Group Booking Guidelines
For schools, organizations, and large groups:
• Final participant numbers must be confirmed at least 5 days before the experience.
• Once ingredients, materials, and customized preparations have been arranged, refunds cannot be provided for absent participants.
Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event Chocolate Mall needs to postpone an experience due to circumstances beyond our control:
Guests will be offered:
• A full rescheduled experience, or
• A full refund.
Photography & Media
During your Chocolate Mall experience:
• Photos and videos may be captured for promotional and marketing purposes.
• Guests who prefer not to appear in promotional content should notify our team before the experience begins.
